Your tasks:
- Telephone sales of spare parts and accessories for household appliances
- Counter sales and technical advice
- Processing customer inquiries about orders, delivery times and returns
- Payment identification, verification and order allocation in the online area
- Product range, price and competition analyses
- Maintenance of new articles and offers in the PIM system
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Ideally experience in customer service and e-commerce
- Interest in technology and internet affinity
- Fast and confident handling of MS Office and e-mail
