Data Manager - Data Analyst

We are a Europe-wide distributor of technical products. As a medium-sized full-service provider for the German specialist wholesale/retail trade, we are pioneers in multi-channel distribution.

For our location in Koblenz, we are looking for a motivated and energetic full-time, permanent position for an indefinite period as soon as possible.

Data Manager - Data Analyst (f/d/m)

who would like to take on a new challenge. You will act as a link between our purchasing, data management and product management departments and play a key role in our team in the preparation and integration of supplier data into our ERP system.

 

Your main tasks include

Preparation of supplier data:

  • Analysis, standardization and adaptation of supplier data for import into the ERP system
  • Cooperation with suppliers to ensure data quality.
  • Integration and maintenance of supplier data in the ERP system.
  • Analysis and cleansing of data from various sources.
  • Verification of the received data
  • Close cooperation between internal teams to ensure data quality and completeness.

Maintenance of data in the ERP system:

  • Ongoing review and updating of existing data in the ERP system.
  • Identification and correction of data inconsistencies.
  • Development and implementation of processes to improve data quality.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, data analysis or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in working with ERP systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data.
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working.
