Your Responsibilities:
    • Material planning according to NAV planning & sales tool
    • Verification of order confirmations & deadline monitoring
    • Content maintenance
    • Processing of digital filing (DMS)
    • Delivery reminders
    • Supplier evaluation
    • Complaint processing
    • Invoice verification/reconciliation
    • Support for projects, quotation comparisons, benchmarks, etc.
Your Qualifications:
    • Your foundation is a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
    • You have practical professional experience in purchasing
    • Good technical understanding
    • Resilience
    • Precise, conscientious, and solution-oriented work approach
    • Team capability is a prerequisite
    • Proficient use of all common MS Office applications, especially Excel, is an advantage
    • Fluent English skills in written and spoken communication
    • MS Dynamics Navision knowledge is an advantage
