Sales representative for internal sales (f/d/m)
who inspires our customers with passion, strong communication skills and a pronounced service mentality.
Your tasks
- Advice and sales: You inspire customers with competent advice and the active sale of spare parts and accessories for household appliances
- Supporting the sales team: You contribute to the success of the overall team by acquiring B2B and B2C customers
- Customer service: telephone and written processing of customer inquiries about orders and returns
- Maintaining customer relationships: You build long-term relationships with our customers and strengthen our network
- Logistics at a glance: Monitoring of delivery dates and close cooperation with the logistics department
- Develop sales strategies: You contribute your ideas and support the development of sales strategies
- Administrative support: Support of the sales force and general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Qualifications: Completed commercial or technical training as the basis for your success
- Sales experience: Ideally experience in sales, especially in the B2B and B2C sector
- Communication talent: You impress with your strong communication and negotiating skills
- Results-oriented: You are performance-oriented, motivated and strive for excellent results
- Language skills: Good German/English language skills for international cooperation
- IT skills: Confident handling of MS-Office; experience with (MS-Dynamics) - Navision would be an advantage
